Royal Mail is the UK’s most trusted letters & parcels delivery company. Parcels rarely go missing but should you waive the enhanced shipping method, Peekaboo will not be held responsible for lost packages. We will only replace missing lashes that have been shipped via the Tracked/Signed For method – customers understand this risk should they choose standard delivery.

Peekaboo Lashes will not be responsible for:

  • Items sent to the wrong address
  • Undeliverable addresses
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Damages incurred by carriers

If your package is returned to us because you provided the wrong address or failed to go to your post office to retrieve your order, you will be responsible for paying another shipping fee.

On very rare occasions, international shipping can take up to 4 weeks.  Delivery to you is very much dependant on the efficiency of your local customs office. Please allow that time to pass before contacting us regarding delivery of your Peekaboo Lashes.

Customs & Duties
All international orders sent to countries outside the EU may be subject to import charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel as Peekaboo Lashes accepts no responsibility for these – please check with your customs office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country.

Returns & Exchanges
We are confident you will love your Peekaboo Lashes just as much as we do! That’s why we offer a 30 day return policy on all lashes.

In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied in any way at all, please get in touch and we will endeavour to put things right. We are committed to you as your happiness is our priority. All we ask is that lashes are returned to us in their original packaging, unworn or tampered with and that they have not been removed from their tray.

Just contact us within the 30 day period – return shipping must be paid at the buyer’s expense and Peekaboo Lashes can only be exchanged once per order. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the lashes and issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days. Fees such as initial shipping charges, duties or customs will NOT be reimbursed.

If you are allergic to animal fur, please do not purchase our lashes as they could cause irritation. All of our lashes are made from mink hair. Peekaboo Lashes does not take responsibility for any allergic reactions to our lashes.

We take your financial & identity protection very seriously. That is why we process all payments through PayPal, which is one of the safest and most secure payment processing systems in the world. Any information that has been shared with us will not be supplied to outside parties except for the purpose of fulfilling an order.

We may use the information we collect to notify you of new products or special offers we think you will love. You may, of course, choose to unsubscribe by clicking on the relevant link in our emails.
